V22
V22 is an art organisation dedicated to supporting artists, artisans, and creative communities. We specialise in affordable artists’ studios, the collection of contemporary art, and the production of exhibitions, events, and the facilitation of educational initiatives.
Artists have three core career needs: a place to work, a way to show their art, and collectors to support their practice. At V22, we focus on the first, providing affordable studios across London, starting at £2.10/sq ft. With 278 studios, ranging from 23 sq ft to 1,749 sq ft, we also offer shared licences to help further reduce costs.
Our buildings have long hosted a vibrant programme of exhibitions and events, which, after a pause due to Covid, we look forward to resuming soon. We are also continuing to expand, actively seeking new and existing spaces to support London’s creative community and ensure long-term affordability for artists, creatives and musicians.
V22 runs two buildings in Lewisham, V22 Louise House in Forest Hill and V22 Firemaster in Hither Green.
