The Colour Balance launched in 2017 to address the lack of Black and POC representation in photography. Our sole purpose is to foster inclusion of Black and POC photographers in the creative industry.

Through our work hosting workshops, delivering support services and connecting talent to industry professionals we hope to create representation in UK photography that inspires generations to come.
