Sukari & Spice
Sukari & Spice is a food and culture collective bringing people together through East African-inspired food, storytelling and shared experiences.
Rooted in our Tanzanian heritage, we use food as a way to celebrate culture, connect communities and tell the stories that are too often left untold. Through pop-ups, supper clubs, workshops and community events, we create spaces where people can discover new flavours, share experiences and learn from one another.
We’re passionate about championing local communities, creating opportunities for connection and using food as a tool for cultural exchange, one cinnamon bun, one chapati and one cup of chai at a time.
