V22 Firemaster in Hither Green is a unique creative space housed within three interconnected buildings: a former bank, a fire extinguisher factory, and a light industrial warehouse.

Located just a five-minute walk from Hither Green station, V22 Firemaster provides affordable studios ranging from 75 to 1,000 sq ft. The site comprises of 87 studios across 3 floors, specialising in art studios and creative spaces as well as music recording, rehearsal and production studios.

All of our studios have 24-hour access.
We do not provide live/work studios.
There is a £16.67 service charge per month, per studio.
Studios have their own electricity meters, charged monthly, based on usage.

Some studios benefit from natural light, while others are equipped with a full ventilation system to ensure a comfortable working environment. There are a range of studios currently available in the building.
