Quinton Court is part of the Marine Wharf development, and is a 2.83ha brownfield development site located on the eastern end of Plough Way, approximately 300m from the River Thames. We will commence fit out works to these 3 brand new units in September 2017 with the units available for occupation in March 2018 on flexible lease terms. The refurbishment will be to a high standard including air conditioning, small kitchens, LED lighting and laminate flooring.
