Lewisham’s 2023 Affordable Workspace Strategy, co-designed with partners, secures workspaces and embeds the Creative Enterprise Zone in the borough’s new draft Local Plan.
Lewisham Council adopted their first Affordable Workspace Strategy in July 2023 – designed in partnership with the Lewisham Affordable Workspace Provider Forum and delivered by the consultancy team of PRD, RE:DO and Bow Arts the strategy since adoption has helped to embed the Creative Enterprise Zone and the safeguarding of workspace into the new draft Local Plan for Lewisham
