Finishing Department Manager
The Finishing Department Manager leads the London finishing studio, overseeing framing, mounting and high-end finishing to museum and gallery standards. This senior, hands-on role is responsible for quality control, workflow efficiency, delivery timelines and cost awareness across all finishing operations. Acting as the ultimate custodian of finishing quality, the post holder ensures every artwork leaves the studio flawless, consistent and reflective of theprintspace’s reputation for precision and excellence. The role combines technical expertise with calm, authoritative leadership, shaping production processes, managing teams and freelancers, integrating CNC and traditional methods, and maintaining a safe, organised, high-performing studio environment.

Production planning & SLA management in fast-paced environments
