Emerging Creative Producer
Newham Music Education Hub is seeking three Emerging Creative Producers to join its team from January 2026 on a one-year, part-time training contract. Salary: £25,000–£30,000 pro rata (21 hours per week). This paid development pathway is designed for early-career creatives with up to three years’ experience in events, production, or community arts. Working across live, educational, and community projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience in producing, project delivery, and creative programming. Participants will receive mentorship, training, and opportunities to lead real-world events that inspire and engage local audiences across Newham’s vibrant cultural landscape. Evening and weekend work required.
