Treatment Designer & Visual Researcher

Nexus Studios is seeking a Treatment Designer & Visual Researcher to join its London team full-time. Salary: £30,000–£40,000 (depending on experience). You’ll collaborate with directors and producers to create visually striking treatments, presentations and pitch materials that bring ideas to life. This role blends graphic design, visual storytelling and creative research, ideal for someone passionate about film, animation, and design. You’ll source compelling imagery, shape visual narratives, and help refine the studio’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. A detail-oriented, creative eye and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential for this fast-paced, hybrid position.

Key skills:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides and Keynote

Strong visual research and image-sourcing abilities

Excellent layout, colour, and typography skills

Experience designing for print, motion and web
