Graphic Designer

Malcolm Reading Consultants (MRC) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its London-based team on a permanent, full-time contract. Salary: £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus private health care, pension, discretionary bonus, and hybrid working (four days in-office, one remote). As the leading organiser of international architectural competitions, MRC produces world-class visual materials for global cultural and architectural projects. The Graphic Designer will create print and digital assets, establish competition identities, manage visual consistency, and liaise with printers and partners. Ideal candidates will have strong design training, five years’ experience, and a passion for design, architecture, and communication.

Key skills:

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Strong typography and image selection skills

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability

Experience producing print and digital materials

Time management and ability to work under pressure

Communication and teamwork across creative projects

Interest in architecture, art, and cultural design
