Southbank Centre is seeking a motivated Creative Engagement Assistant Producer (Talent and Artist Development) to join its Creative Engagement team on a full-time, permanent contract. Salary: £32,600 per annum (London-based). The role supports the delivery of artist and talent development projects across music, literature, spoken word, and visual arts. You’ll coordinate rehearsals, performances, and creative workshops, providing essential administrative support and participant care.
