Junior Graphic Designer (Full time)

Popcorn Group Ltd is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Shoreditch-based studio of artist Charlotte Colbert. This permanent, full-time role (£20,000–£25,000 per annum) supports the artist’s vision across diverse creative projects, from concept sketches to finished design assets. You’ll design print and digital materials, social media content, exhibition collateral, and merchandise while maintaining visual consistency. Working closely with the artist, Creative Director, and team, you’ll contribute creative input, photography, and presentation materials. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging designer with strong technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ambition to grow within a collaborative studio.

Key skills:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficiency

Strong eye for design & aesthetics

Illustration/drawing skills (desirable)

Digital content creation (social media, web, presentations)

Print & merchandise design knowledge
