Graphic Designer

Malcolm Reading Consultants (MRC) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its London-based team. This permanent, full-time role (salary from £55k+, plus health care, pension, and discretionary bonus) offers the chance to design high-quality visual materials for international architectural competitions and cultural projects. The role involves developing competition identities, producing print and digital assets, creating presentations, and managing imagery, typography, and design consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and printers, working across multiple fast-paced projects. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years’ experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a passion for design, architecture, and cultural communication.

Key skills:

Graphic design expertise – proven experience (5+ years) with typography, layout, and image selection.

Adobe Creative Suite mastery – strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (plus MS Office, especially PowerPoint).

Attention to detail – accuracy in design, proofreading, and presentation quality.

Time management – ability to deliver speedily under pressure while balancing multiple projects.
