Protégé is seeking versatile Freelance Creatives to join its team delivering heritage, migration, and photography projects. Working alongside the Project Director, the role will contribute to a landmark programme empowering migrant women and marginalised young people to develop media and creative skills. Responsibilities include delivering workshops, producing digital content, supporting public events, and engaging diverse audiences. This is a hands-on freelance opportunity for candidates with strong creative portfolios, experience in arts/culture projects, and enthusiasm for addressing the needs of underserved communities through creative practice and digital media.

Experience designing and delivering creative/artistic skills workshops
Ability to work with refugees, migrants, and marginalised communities
Digital content creation and social media management
Experience delivering public events, talks, or screenings
Knowledge of Arts Award or other accreditation frameworks
Technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or video editing software
Strong communication and public engagement skills
