Social Media and Digital Officer
SAVE Britain’s Heritage is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media and Digital Officer to lead its digital presence during an important phase of campaigning. The role involves managing social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky), producing engaging content, and delivering impactful digital campaigns. Responsibilities include running email newsletters (Mailchimp), maintaining the website, monitoring analytics, and supporting events and audience growth. Reporting to the Editorial & Communications Manager, the postholder will play a vital role in shaping SAVE’s voice, expanding reach, and strengthening engagement in support of protecting historic buildings.

Proven social media and digital marketing strategy experience
Strong content creation (text, image, and video) skills
Experience with email/newsletter campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp)
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Knowledge of SEO and CMS systems
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creativity, initiative, and ability to work in a small team
