Key Art Designer

Based in Camden, this permanent full-time role involves leading the visual development of theatre, film, and live event campaigns from concept to final artwork. The successful candidate will combine big-picture creativity with exceptional technical execution, producing eye-catching posters, key art, and digital assets. With expert-level Photoshop skills, you’ll refine complex visuals for both print and digital. Key skills:

3+ years’ experience in a creative studio, ideally entertainment or key art design

Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability

Expert-level Photoshop skills (retouching, compositing, grading)

Proficiency in typography, layout, and composition

Ability to deliver polished artwork across print and digital

Passion for the arts, theatre, film, or live events

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
