Deputy Director

LUX seeks an exceptional Deputy Director to play a pivotal role in leading the organisation into its next chapter. Working closely with the Director, you will shape and implement strategy, strengthen internal capacity, and ensure operational and financial resilience. With oversight of finance, HR, governance, fundraising, and operations, you will support long-term sustainability and champion LUX’s artist-centred mission. This senior leadership role requires a collaborative, strategic thinker with proven management experience, ideally in the cultural or non-profit sector. The post offers the opportunity to guide organisational growth and uphold LUX’s reputation as the UK’s leading advocate for artists’ moving image.
