Content Producer

Elevate Community Productions CIC is seeking a Content Producer to play a leading role in the Queer Global project, celebrating the cultural heritage of queer, trans, and intersex people from the global majority and migrant communities in West London.

This role focuses on the digital production of audio, video, and social media content, co-created with service users and designed for broad accessibility. The Content Producer will manage all aspects of digital media output, from production and editing to social media strategy and dissemination, while working directly with communities.

Key skills:

Digital Media Production – Skilled in filming, photography, editing (Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro), and producing high-quality multimedia content.

Social Media Strategy – Ability to design and deliver engaging campaigns tailored to platform-specific trends.

Project Management – Strong organisational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple deliverables.

Community Engagement – Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups, facilitating workshops, and co-creating content.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Clear, empathetic communicator with the ability to build trust and work effectively with participants and partners.

Technical Proficiency – Confident handling audio/video equipment, editing workflows, and digital archiving systems.

Adaptability & Resilience – Flexible, solution-focused mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback and adjust content for impact and accessibility.
