Studio Assistant

Clifford Glass Studio Ltd is seeking a full-time Studio Assistant to support the design team on a wide range of bespoke, design-led glass projects from concept through to completion. This hands-on role includes tasks such as hand drawing, silver leaf eglomise, scalpel cutting, painting, sandblasting, and assisting on-site installations. Ideal candidates will be passionate about craftsmanship, have a steady hand, and enjoy working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team. A background or strong interest in illustration, design, or decorative arts is essential, with plenty of opportunity to develop new specialist skills.
