The Barbican Centre is seeking a visionary Head of Cross Arts Planning & Strategic Operations to lead the coordination and delivery of its 2025–2030 Artistic Vision and Strategy. This senior, full-time role supports cross-departmental collaboration across Music, Theatre, Visual Arts, Cinema, and more. The successful candidate will manage long-lead planning, strategic systems, budget oversight, and operational delivery within a dynamic cultural environment undergoing Renewal.
