Visitor Operations Supervisor
Shakespeare’s Globe is hiring a Visitor Operations Supervisor to join its full-time, permanent team in London. This role supports the smooth delivery of events, performances, and tours, and is key to the success of the Visitor and Audience Operations team. You’ll lead on volunteer coordination, scheduling, compliance, and cross-department communication, ensuring all visitors receive a warm and safe welcome. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, and have a passion for cultural engagement. This opportunity offers a competitive annual salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
