Trainee Podcast Producer (18 - 25 year olds)

Transmission Roundhouse is seeking a full-time Trainee Podcast Producer to support the creation of innovative audio content by 18–30-year-olds. Working alongside the Senior Producer, you'll help recruit and develop new presenters and producers, manage the audio platform, and build a roster of shows. You'll also assist with industry partnerships and in-venue programming. A tailored learning plan will guide your professional growth. Some evening and weekend work is required. Key skills:

Audio Production Experience – Some knowledge of studio recording, editing, and producing high-quality audio.
