Wardrobe Assistant
Rainbow is seeking a highly organized and practical individual to join our Wardrobe team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone looking for a Monday–Friday position in the events industry. You will collaborate with the team to prepare and maintain costumes for events, as well as refurbish costumes requiring bespoke cleaning and repairs. Reporting to the Wardrobe Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director and various departments. - Fabrication Experience – Background in costume, model-making, props, or theatre.
- Teamwork & Communication – Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a small team.
- Problem-Solving Ability – Creativity and adaptability to develop solutions for various projects.
- Attention to Detail – Precision in costume preparation, maintenance, and refurbishment.
- Time Management – Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Wardrobe Experience (Preferred but Not Required) – Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Availability & Location – Must be available from mid-April and able to commute daily to our South London workshops.
