In this outward-facing, relationship-focused role, you will manage our brand-new website, optimise user experiences, and drive lead generation through SEO and CRO strategies. You’ll work across social media, ticketing, and CRM systems to ensure a seamless digital presence. With a background in website or UX management in marketing or digital marketing, you thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects. Passionate about the arts and education, you’ll create inspiring digital experiences that engage diverse audiences and push creative boundaries.

1. Website & UX Management – Experience managing websites and digital platforms, ensuring seamless user journeys and accessibility.
2. SEO & CRO Optimisation – Strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation to enhance engagement and lead generation.
