Arts Assistant (temporary)
As our Arts Assistant, you will play a key role in wrapping and returning thousands of artworks to entrants in prisons and other secure units. You will handle and wrap multiple artworks every day, some of which are made from unusual materials such as matchsticks, bread and soap as well as paintings, drawings and sculptures. Once this is complete, you will help open and record thousands of artworks entered into the 2025 Awards. For both processes, you will need to work with speed and accuracy. The work can be repetitive and logistically challenging but seeing new and wonderful artworks for the first time means there is plenty to be inspired by!
We think someone who is practical with great attention to detail and who has experience handling a range of artworks will thrive in this role.
