Creative Heritage Producer

EEA is one of the country’s leading outdoor arts companies working on spectacular events across London, the UK and internationally. We are seeking a
dynamic Creative Heritage Producer who would support the development and implementation of the organisation’s creative heritage strategy and strengthen our capacity and capability to deliver heritage work. The role would be based at our busy making space in Greenwich, SE London with
some flexibility for remote working and would need to travel around the country. The Creative Heritage Producer will work closely with the CEO, Head of
Production, Creative Practitioners and the core staff team and will develop new projects and programmes of work and ensure that specific projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard by meeting funder/client and organisational requirements.

Key skills:

• Experience in developing, producing projects of scale in the arts and heritage sector, ideally across a range of art forms including outdoor work
• An understanding of the delivery of projects of scale
• Experience and success in fundraising and writing tenders
• Track record in collaborating with a range of partners, stakeholders, heritage organisations and artists in the delivery of ambitious projects
• Track record in delivering cultural heritage projects with communities
• Track record in managing complex projects from start to finish
• Financial literacy, including experience of putting together and effectively managing large project budgets
• People management skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills with whom clients, artists and participants can feel confident
• The ability to produce written reports, evaluations, and risk assessments Common sense - you always spot opportunities to simplify and improve
processes to drive better results
• The ability to make quick, sound decisions based on your knowledge and judgment
• A DBS check within the past 2 years or be willing to obtain one

Salary:

£35,000 - £39,000 (pro rata) per year

Contract:
3 days (24 hours) per week, fixed term for 15 months. The post holder must be prepared to work weekends and evenings as required. Time off in lieu will be given
