Animation Facilitator
The Wac Arts Schools and Communities team is looking for experienced workshop leaders to join their pool of Animation Facilitators working across schools and community settings in Camden and the surrounding areas.
Hours: After School Projects - Minimum 1 hour per week, plus planning fee; Holiday Projects - Minimum 6 hours delivery
- You will plan and deliver dynamic workshops introducing young people KS2 and above to the fundamentals of Animation.
- The young people will learn a range of animation techniques and styles, and in the case of long-term projects, work towards a final sharing of their work.
- Wac Arts provides select equipment for use in these sessions, including iPads and craft materials. You will also receive support and guidance from the Schools and Communities team.
- Key skills:

- Experience planning and delivering animation workshops and activities for young people ages 7 - 11 and/or 11 - 16 in schools and community settings.
- Confidence in planning and delivering accessible and inclusive sessions in non-mainstream settings.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Animation.
- Enhanced DBS registered to the update service.
