Press Assistant
Jo Allan PR is looking for a press assistant.

The position requires provision of administrative support to the team, researching productions, artists, media opportunities etc., and drafting press materials. You will also support JAPR's online presence, and at times be a first point of contact for media enquiries; produce press cutting reports for clients, maintaining the media database and other PR reports; and you will assist in the organisation of interviews, photo shoots and filming, in co-ordinating press nights, including ticket allocations, invitations and logistics.

Person specification: you will be passionate about theatre and the arts, with a proactive attitude, highly organised and discreet with a high level of verbal and written communication skills and acute attention to detail.
Skills: You will have good writing ability, and be able to plan and deliver to deadlines. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.). Digitally savvy with excellent online platform skills (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
