Does your organisation have a plan for tangible, local climate action? Maybe you’re planning solar panels for your community centre or have ways for your small business to cut down on plastics waste. Lewisham’s Climate Funds could help.

Join us on October 23rd for the launch of the funds. An evening for community organisations, businesses and social enterprises to connect, share ideas and spark collaborations. Find out more about the funds, and your organisations eligibility.

Our Climate Grants programme, currently consists of:

The Community Energy Fund (Round 3) – supporting community-led projects that reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and build resilience to climate change.
The Repair, Reuse, Recycle Business Grants (Round 2) – helping local businesses cut waste, grow sustainably, and save on energy use.
These funds are part of Lewisham’s commitment to supporting climate action. By investing in local initiatives, we aim to promote clean energy, waste less, tackle fuel poverty, create green jobs and bring communities together, creating a better future for us all.

The event will include:

inspiring case studies from previous grantees
Information and guidance on applying for the grants
breakout discussions to explore collaborative opportunities for projects and speak directly with our fund managers
networking over sustainable refreshments
