Life Drawing is in Fashion

With Peckham Life Drawing it is about more than just looking good.

Hosted by Peckham Life Drawing, this experimental series invites you to explore creative approaches to life drawing beyond traditional observational practice. The models often collaborate, bringing their expertise as artists and performers into the room. They are not only hired for their poses but celebrated for the diverse talents they choose to share with us. All are paid fair rates for their skills.

Past session themes have included drawing the model alongside imagined fashion, exploring embodiment through mirrored poses, and celebrating bodies in their exquisite variety.

Everybody is welcome. Sessions are suitable for all abilities. Please note there is often nudity, so to ensure comfort we welcome participants over 18 only

Every last Wednesday of September, October, and November
7.00pm – 9.30pm (with a break; drinks available at the bar)
Some materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Drawing tips are available for anyone who asks
