Companion Producer Scheme

Selladoor Worldwide are thrilled to launch our new Companion Producer Scheme, offering two participants the opportunity to join our training programme, as part of our bridging initiative.
This scheme is designed to provide well-rounded insight into the various facets of Producing; with time split across each of our departments. You will get to work with our Production, Programming, Development and Marketing teams, whilst being mentored by one of our in house Producers throughout your time with us. On completing this programme, you can expect to gain an insight into the full process of producing a theatrical show, from early stages of development to going into rehearsals to opening and running.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience, with an interest and passion for producing theatre. This scheme is to support you and to assist in filling gaps in your knowledge as you develop as a professional; previous work within the industry is welcome, but not a requirement.
