Dan Caplin Music Supervision
I’m a 31 year old music supervisor based in Honor Oak. Originally from North West London, I’ve lived in South East London since 2019 and Lewisham for nearly 3 years. I work on feature films, TV shows and documentaries - identifying score and soundtrack options and overseeing the license negotiation and contracting process. Outside of work, I run club nights across SE London as part of my DJ collective, Zesty. I’m also looking to get back into the online radio scene - after previously having a residency at Aaja radio based in Deptford.
I’ve been working mainly from home since going freelance 2 years ago, but have been interested in finding a local coworking space for some time now. Shapes jumped out at me as a great opportunity to have a good base to work from and to connect with other local creatives. I’ve missed a sense of community since working as a freelancer, and after briefly visiting Shapes - I could tell this is the sort of space that encourages collaboration and engagement, which I aim to contribute to.
